Complimentary clean props (blocks, blankets, bolsters, aromatherapy, water) are provided or BYO.  All recommended COVID protocols are followed.  Classes are 1 hour long in my indoor private studio space in Glassboro.  Larger groups can be accommodated at your location - pricing to be determined.  Additional charges may apply for travel exceeding 10 miles from zip code 08028.
